Change a price in Axonaut and it follows in your WooCommerce store: every hour, Order Invoicer compares both catalogs and updates only the prices that differ, with VAT if your store enters prices including tax. Products on sale are left unchanged. From the Growth plan.
Do your WooCommerce or PrestaShop products have a short and a long description? Choose which one the product sync sends to your invoicing software: the short one, else the long one (as before), the short one only, or the long one only. With “Short description only”, invoice lines stay short in software such as Axonaut, which copies the product description onto them.
The invoices and credit notes Order creates in Pennylane now state their sale type – goods, services or both – a mandatory mention of the e-invoicing reform. It comes from how your lines are classified as goods or services. Invoices generated by Order Invoicer are the exception, as Pennylane accepts no sale type on import. And when a business customer has no electronic billing address yet, Order picks one of those the directory offers for it before sending the invoice to the PA.
Your Wix invoices show the Wix Bookings appointment date and the options your customer picked. Gift cards sold are booked to account 467500, and bookings, digital products and Pricing Plans memberships are classified as services. An order you enter in your Wix dashboard without an email is invoiced in the customer’s name.
Do your B2B customers give you a dedicated address for invoices, such as their accounting inbox? Name the metafield or metadata you store it in: Order adds those addresses to the Pennylane customer, ahead of the buyer’s email, and your invoices are sent there. Separate several addresses with commas. Available from the Growth plan.
Connect Stripe to enrich your orders’ card payments using their transaction reference. When Stripe confirms the card type, Order sends the matching CFDI payment code to Odoo: 04 for credit and 28 for debit.
Your customers download their invoice from the order list and order page of their Shopify account, and you open it from the order in your Shopify admin. Until the invoice exists, the button says it isn’t available yet.
