May 2026

New integrations

• NetSuite & Dolibarr. Two new invoicing destinations — turn your orders into invoices in NetSuite or Dolibarr, with the same VAT, discount and customer handling as Sellsy and Pennylane.
• Abby, now fully wired — invoices, estimates and credit notes, with automatic customer creation and address sync.

More payout providers

• Klarna, Alma and Paytrail join the payouts page — reconcile their settlements alongside Stripe, PayPal and Amazon.
• Connect your own payment providers in a few clicks — self-serve setup for HiPay, Klarna, Mirakl, PayPal and Stripe.
• A redesigned payout detail page with a clearer breakdown, an issues-to-fix banner and faster loading.

AI investigation

• A new "Investigate" button on flagged orders — let AI explain, in plain language, why an order didn't convert and what to do about it.

Speak your language

• A FR/EN language switcher right in the sidebar.
• The whole app now follows your chosen language, including dates, numbers and charts.

Smarter conversions

• Abandoned Shopify checkouts can now become Sellsy estimates and orders.
• Manual sync of accounting entries to Pennylane, with a French accounting preview on each order.
• Deferred-payment orders (pay later) are treated as paid, so your workflows trigger on time.
• More accurate VAT detection across European rates.

A more polished app

• Onboarding now uses a visual card grid to pick your integrations.
• A new "My apps" section in the sidebar, showing your connected accounts at a glance.
• Clearer, unified alerts, and a reconnect prompt when an invoicing app needs attention.

• Wix. Connect your Wix store to your invoicing software. Orders and draft orders flow through automatically, and we keep everything in sync.
• Axonaut. Send your e-commerce orders straight into Axonaut as invoices.
• Abby & Evoliz. Two new invoicing destinations, with proper handling of VAT, discounts and customer records.
• Qonto. Generate compliant electronic invoices (Factur-X) directly from your Qonto account.
• Amazon payouts. Reconcile your Amazon payouts alongside your other payment providers.

Payouts, made simpler

• Automatic reconciliation for Sellsy and Pennylane — we match your Stripe, PayPal, Amazon and other payouts to your invoices for you.
• A step-by-step flow to guide you through reconciliation, with search by reference and smart prefilling.
• Daily sync — payouts are refreshed automatically, every day.
• Clearer wording throughout the payouts page.

Product sync

• A new SKU reconciliation tab for Shopify and Sellsy, so you can spot and fix mismatches at a glance.
• Block the creation of missing products during sync — ideal if you want tighter control over your catalog.
• Filter products by tag when syncing between Sellsy and Shopify.
• Product images now sync to WooCommerce and PrestaShop.

A tidier app

• Settings pages are now grouped under a single section in the sidebar, with tabs instead of scattered pages.
• See exactly how many credits each order or refund consumed, right on its detail page.

March 2026

New integrations

• Odoo modules for Shopify, PrestaShop and WooCommerce — install them directly from the Odoo store.
• Sellsy and Pennylane modules for PrestaShop.
• Wix, Shine and Qonto added to onboarding so you can pick them from day one.

New workflows

• Discounts workflow — e-commerce discounts are now faithfully reflected on your invoices.
• Products workflow — create products automatically when a new item appears on an order.
• Customer addresses are now included when syncing customers.
• Stock sync is more reliable and supports multiple warehouses.

Fixes and polish

• Smarter VAT handling, including more precise rounding at 5.5%, 10% and 17%.
• Manual syncs now clearly show errors on products and customers.
• Support for Sellsy's 0% tax exemption fields.

February 2026 and earlier

Order Invoicer launched with support for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Jotform, Amazon, Sellsy, Pennylane and HiPay. You could already turn orders into invoices or quotes, turn refunds into credit notes, and sync customers, products and payments.
