Connect Shopify Payments and get complete visibility into your payments

A payout can combine several sales, refunds and deducted fees. With a compatible reconciliation workflow, such as Shopify Payments with Pennylane, use the payouts view to inspect the transactions and match the net amount. Comparing the bank deposit to one invoice alone will not account for those adjustments.

You need permission to authorize integrations in both applications. Some providers also require API access on their own subscription. Use the connection guide for your software; if authorization is refused, check the account, company and permissions before trying again.

Check the selected company or store, API permissions, credentials and the provider subscription requirements. For self-hosted stores, also check that the site and API are reachable. Follow the provider guide to reconnect; share the error message with support, never your password or API secret.

One synchronized item uses one credit. For example, synchronizing an invoice and a payment uses two credits. Other enabled workflows, such as products, can add consumption, so one order does not always equal one credit. Use your connector usage view and the plan for your application pair to estimate your needs.
